These terms ("Terms") govern your use of shauryacollections.in and any purchase you make from Shaurya Collections ("we", "us"). By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in India to shop with us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the details you share — name, contact and delivery address — are true and complete.
Everything we sell is handwoven, and that is precisely its magic. Please expect and embrace:
We grade every saree honestly and flag any notable irregularity on the product page. Weight, zari content and fabric composition listed on each product page are as certified by Silk Mark India where the tag applies.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is a flat ₹99 and complimentary on orders above ₹4,999. We may change prices, run offers or withdraw products at any time; the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price that applies. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net-banking and wallets through Razorpay, our payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Cash on Delivery is not offered. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured — see our Refund Policy for what happens if an order can't be fulfilled after payment.
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for instance if a piece has sold out, if payment could not be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — with a full refund of any amount captured. Where stock is reserved at checkout, that reservation lasts 15 minutes; if payment isn't completed in time, the pieces return to the shelf.
We dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver across India in 3–7 business days to metros (5–9 for remote PIN codes), fully insured and tracked. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full timelines, fees and courier details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Unworn sarees can be returned within 7 days of delivery or exchanged for another weave; pieces with fall & edging applied are not returnable. The complete process, conditions and timelines are set out in our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy.
The Shaurya Collections name, logo, monogram, product photography, descriptions and site design are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Traditional weaving techniques belong to the weaver communities who created them — we credit our partner families and honour their craft.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Secunderabad / Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
